Returns and complaints
Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a consumer - in principle, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You can withdraw from the contract by following three simple steps.

1. Fill in legibly the Return Form. link: word pdf
Fill in the return form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the return, and the date of purchase.

2. Prepare the package
We will accept the refund if the package contains a fully-fledged, unused product with all its accessories, the original invoice / purchase receipt and a return form.

3. Send to us
The package should be sent at your own expense to the following address:

Return the returned item to us immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date on which you rescinded the contract.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins:

for the contract in which we issue the item, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from taking possession of the item by you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier,
for digital content - from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.

Payments made by you, we will refund you immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

We may withhold the reimbursement of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

Remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to the consumer, among others in relation to the contract:

in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs, (order made to individual dimensions)
in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the package cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery (the clothing has not been used and has tags)
Withdrawal from the contract will be recognized if the above provisions are strictly followed. In case of receiving incomplete product or lack of any document, the product will be sent back at your expense.

Complaints
If the goods purchased from us prove to be defective, you have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty. Complaints must be submitted in writing and sent by post to the address below.

You can advertise by following three simple steps.

Fill in the complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

2. Prepare the package
We will consider the complaint if the product has a material or manufacturing defect and the package will contain the original invoice / purchase receipt and the complaint form.

3. Send to us
The package should be sent at your own expense to the following address:

Due to the defect, you can request:

exchange of things for one free from defects,
defect removal,
or make a statement about:

lowering the price,
withdrawal from the contract - in the event of a material defect.
Consideration of your complaint (response to it) will take place within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.

Consideration of the complaint will be recognized if the above provisions are strictly followed. In the event of a negative decision, the product will be sent back at your expense.
